24×24 Architectural Wet Cast Paver – Grade-Set

The 24×24 is ModaPAVE's flagship architectural slab paver — a large-format slab that lays out in a calm, timeless grid with the fewest possible joints. This is the grade-set version: set on a compacted aggregate base for at-grade patios, pool decks, and walkways. It's wet-cast, so the edges are tempered and eased — clean, not sharp — and the color runs the full depth of the slab, and the surface is precision-cast and flat enough for large-format work without field grinding.

Why 24×24

Big squares read quiet. Where smaller units add pattern, the 24×24 takes it away — clean joint lines, generous surface, nothing busy. It's the format designers reach for on modern patios, hotel pool surrounds, and civic and restaurant patios, plus any project that needs ADA-compliant flatness.

Colors

White · Gray · Platinum · Sand · Graphite. Color runs all the way through — iron-oxide pigment integrated into the concrete itself, not a surface coat. Integral color, UV-stable.

All products use natural pigment, so appearance may vary from website images. We recommend ordering the ModaPAVE color sample pack (all five colors) before placing a full order.

Finish & Upgrades

• Micro Terrazzo — lightly exposed, subtle uniform aggregate, R9+ slip. The standard finish on every slab.
• Bush Hammered — available as a separate add-on: bush-hammered surface, visible authentic aggregate, R11+ slip, bold architectural character.
• Factory penetrating sealer — optional pre-sealed delivery for added stain protection.
• Custom color — available for orders of 5,000+ sq ft.

Building on a roof or podium deck? The same slab is available pedestal-set as a separate listing — raised on adjustable pedestals for free drainage, a thermal-break air gap, impact-sound reduction, and adjustable leveling, no mortar.

Installation

Compacted aggregate base 4″ min, 1″ concrete-sand bedding, full slabs first and cut pieces last, polymeric-sand joints 3/16″ max, edge restraints at all edges, 2% min slope.

Square format. Clean geometry. The slab does the rest.
