Shipping policy

Every ModaConcrete piece is made to order and cast in our own facility, so a little lead time is part of the craft.

Lead times

Production varies by line — typically 2–3 weeks for breeze blocks and 4–6 weeks for wet-cast pavers — plus about one week for delivery. Samples ship in roughly a week from our showroom.

How it ships

By LTL freight, curbside, with liftgate service available — shipped directly from our border facility in Tecate and San Diego.

Shipping cost

Calculated by weight and shown at checkout — no flat fees or surprises.

Scheduling & tracking

We compare several LTL carriers to secure the best rate on each shipment. Because a regional carrier is sometimes used, a tracking link isn't always available; in every case, the carrier contacts you directly to arrange a convenient delivery window.
