There are five shapes. The 24 × 24 in. slab covers 4.0 sq ft, and the 32 × 16 in. slab covers 3.56 sq ft. The elongated hexagon (21.65 × 15.75 in.) covers 2.1 sq ft, and the pentagon (21 × 16 in.) covers 1.70 sq ft. These wet-cast slabs are 1.75 in. thick, or 1.5 in. as pedestal slabs. Hyperion is an 8 × 16 in. module, 2 in. thick for pedestrian areas or 3.5 in. for driveways.

The ModaPAVE 24 × 24 in. grade-set slab is 1.75 in. thick and weighs 79 lb. The pedestal version is 1.5 in. thick and weighs 66 lb. For comparison, the 32 × 16 in. slab weighs 75 lb (about 57 lb as a pedestal slab), and the hexagon and the pentagon about 31 lb each. Hyperion weighs 20.46 lb at 2 in. and 35.8 lb at 3.5 in.

Grade-set slabs go on the ground for patios, pool decks and walkways: a compacted aggregate base at least 4 in. deep, 1 in. of concrete-sand bedding, polymeric-sand joints no wider than 3/16 in., edge restraints on all edges and a slope of at least 2%. Pedestal slabs sit on adjustable pedestals over a waterproofing membrane on roof and podium decks, with no mortar. Before ordering for a pedestal deck, have your engineer and pedestal supplier confirm pedestal heights, wind uplift and edge conditions.

The wet-cast slabs and pool coping come in White, Gray, Platinum, Sand and Graphite. Hyperion comes in Natural, Gray, Sand and Graphite. In the slabs and Hyperion, iron-oxide pigment runs through the full depth rather than sitting on the surface. Slabs have a Micro Terrazzo finish as standard, with a bush-hammered surface and a factory penetrating sealer available as add-ons. Custom colors are available on orders of 5,000 sq ft or more.

Yes. ModaPAVE pool coping comes in three pieces, all 1.75 in. thick: 24 × 14 in. straights, each covering 2 linear feet of pool edge, and 24 × 24 in. inside and outside corners. Every piece has a bullnose on the water edge and a bush-hammered top, and built-in 3 mm bumpers space the joints. It is cast in the same five colors as the slabs, so the deck and the pool edge read as one surface.

Yes. The ModaPAVE color sample pack holds cast samples of the through-body paver colors: White, Gray, Platinum, Sand and Graphite. Order a Sample on any wet-cast slab page adds the pack to your cart. To see a full slab or a Hyperion paver, with its finish and edges, ask us through Get in Touch. The pigment is natural, so color varies a little from piece to piece and from screen images.

Every ModaPAVE piece is made to order. The wet-cast slabs (24 × 24, 32 × 16, hexagon and pentagon) and pool coping take 4–6 weeks to produce, and Hyperion takes 3–4 weeks, plus up to a week to ship. Orders travel by LTL freight to a curbside address, with liftgate service available. Freight is calculated by weight at checkout, and the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery.
