At ModaConcrete, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable concrete products that blend craftsmanship with performance. We stand behind our materials and workmanship, and we offer the following limited warranties:

Warranty Coverage

Concrete Products

All concrete products — including fire pits, planters, tiles, sinks, and more — are covered under a 5-Year Limited Structural Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Cracking or structural failure due to manufacturing defect
  • Delamination or major separation not caused by misuse
  • Deterioration under normal residential use

Fire Pit Burner Components

All fire pit burners and gas components are covered under a 1-Year Limited Warranty, which includes:

  • Defects in burner assembly, ignition, valves, or connections
  • Failures in material or craftsmanship under normal use

What’s Not Covered

  • Natural color variations or changes in surface texture
  • Minor chips, hairline cracks, or cosmetic imperfections
  • Improper installation, inadequate drainage, or impact damage
  • Freeze-thaw damage, chemical exposure, or prolonged standing water
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications, incompatible parts, or unauthorized fuel use
  • Accessories like fire glass, lava rock, or third-party components

Note: This warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation, or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty coverage, please:

  1. Email us at support@modaconcrete.com
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or an equivalent solution.

Warranty Claim Resolution

If a product is found to be defective due to workmanship or material quality within the warranty period, ModaConcrete will replace the defective item at our expense, including shipping of the replacement part or product.

ModaConcrete reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect qualifies for warranty coverage under our terms.

Warranty Terms

  • Applies only to the original purchaser
  • Non-transferable
  • Covers the product only — not removal, reinstallation, or incidental costs
  • Does not override local consumer protection laws
